Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required.
- Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via phone or email. They will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. Please clearly mark this RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in shipping your order.
- If your return is rejected, we will provide an explanation and return the item to you at your expense.
- Refunds may take some time to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
5. Cancelled Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return as described above.
