CR18 – Malco Economy Hand Riveter

The Malco Economy Hand Riveter CR18 is a lightweight, compact fastening tool designed for efficient blind riveting in light‑duty applications. Its slim nose projection allows the tool to reach tight and confined spaces with ease, making it ideal for aluminum windows, gutters, downspouts, and general sheet metal work.

Built for ease of use, the CR18 features spring‑return handles and a comfortable contoured vinyl grip, enabling fast, one‑handed operation with minimal effort. Simply insert the rivet until the flange contacts the nosepiece, squeeze to grip the mandrel, set the rivet, and continue working. When released, the spent mandrel drops cleanly out the front of the tool when tilted.

The riveter includes four interchangeable nosepieces—3/32″, 1/8″, 5/32″, and 3/16″—all conveniently stored in the handle so the correct size is always close at hand. A secure handle latch keeps the tool compact for easy storage in a pouch or pocket.

Constructed with rugged steel components, a durable black paint finish, and a vinyl grip, the Malco CR18 delivers dependable performance and long service life for everyday professional and maintenance use.

⚠️ Note: Not recommended for use with 5/32″ or 3/16″ steel rivets (steel rivets larger than 3.2 mm).
