The MalcoEdge® HHK2 TurboFlow™ Vacuum Kit – Dual is engineered for trade professionals who demand faster, more efficient evacuation on larger residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Designed for high‑flow performance, this dual‑hose setup enables simultaneous access from both the high and low sides, dramatically reducing evacuation time and improving system preparation.

At the heart of the kit are two 60‑inch TurboFlow™ refrigerant hoses with a 3/8 in. inner diameter, built to SAE J2196 standards. These high‑capacity hoses maximize airflow while maintaining durability, with an 800 psi working pressure and 4000 psi burst rating. Integrated 3/8 in. x 1/4 in. SAE fittings ensure compatibility with standard service ports and manifolds.

A 3/8 in. high‑flow Y branch connects both hoses directly to the vacuum pump, creating a smoother flow path than traditional T‑fittings for faster, more efficient evacuation.

For system access and control, the kit includes a High‑Flow Core Removal Tool with Sight Glass (CRT27Y) and a Compact Core Removal Tool (CRT1). Both tools support 1/4 in. and 5/16 in. systems, feature durable anodized aluminum bodies with brass components, and are rated to 20 microns for deep vacuum applications.

All components are neatly stored in a Veto Pro Pac® Hose Hauler bag, offering rugged protection, easy cleanup, and organized transport on demanding job sites.
