The MalcoEdge™ TEMS Tubing Expander Multi-Size Kit delivers professional-grade tube expanding performance for HVAC technicians and plumbers. Rated for use on soft or hard drawn copper tubing (with pre-heating required for hard drawn), the expander is designed to work with tubing sizes from 1/4″ to 1-1/8″. Additional 1-3/8″ and 1-5/8″ heads are available separately for larger applications. The innovative handle design includes a hard stop, ensuring consistent expansions that form a secure, tight seal for brazing / soldering.
